Free: profile published after review, up to 3 photos. Premium: up to 10 photos and 700 credits per month. Elite: everything in Premium, plus up to 50 photos, 900 credits per month and a personal mini-site. You can start for free and switch plans later from your professional area.

Credits are an internal unit of the platform, not money. You spend them on tasks with the assistant Alma, such as writing or translating, and on visibility placements. Premium receives 700 and Elite 900 credits per paid cycle; unused credits roll over to the next cycle only, up to 350 or 450. Fixed-price credit packs do not expire with the monthly cycle. Every action shows its cost before you confirm it.

Both are visibility placements you book with credits at the displayed price. “Featured in your city” shows your profile for 24 hours on your city page, for example in Graz, with at most 3 profiles at a time. “Girl of the Day” offers a single spot per country and per day on the Austria page. A daily placement can only be refunded before its day begins. No placement ensures visits, contacts or a position.

Payment takes place in the secure environment of BridgeLink Solutions. BridgeLink is the seller: it processes the payment, issues the receipt or invoice and handles refunds and cancellations. Your plan is activated once BridgeLink has confirmed the payment. Elite Contactos does not store any of your bank card details.

Your profile moves to the Free plan and stays online. Paid features, such as photos beyond the Free limit or the mini-site, are no longer shown to the public, but they are kept and come back as soon as you subscribe to a plan again. The cancellation itself is handled by BridgeLink Solutions, which also processes your payments.

No. The team reviews every profile before its first publication and every new photo before it is shown, and no fixed processing time is promised. This keeps the directory well maintained and reserved for adults. Once approved, you update your description, photos and contact channels yourself from your dashboard, including on your phone. Verification is optional. From your dashboard you upload a photo of yourself holding a sheet of paper with your phone number. Only once the team approves it does “Verified” appear on your profile. The photo is kept in a private space and never published. Only the channels you choose are public; your account email is never displayed, and you can edit or remove your details.

Yes, on every plan. Change cities. Not platforms: you update your city from your dashboard and keep the same profile, photos and settings, for example moving from Vienna to Salzburg or from Graz to Innsbruck. Your profile appears in the cities open on the platform. You can also add a trip with its dates in advance.

Yes. You write your description in any of the website's 14 languages, and you do not have to use German. Translations are optional: with Premium or Elite you can request them from the assistant Alma using your credits. No description is ever translated without your request, and only what you choose to publish is visible.

Open the Austria page and choose your city, for example Vienna or Innsbruck. You will then see every profile published in that city. Browsing the listings is free and needs no account. The website is reserved for adults, so on your first visit you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Her profile shows the channels she has chosen to display herself, such as WhatsApp, phone or Telegram. Contact is direct between the two of you: the website has no messaging system of its own, Elite Contactos does not act as an intermediary, and visitors are never charged anything for getting in touch.
