Publishing rules
These rules apply to every profile, every photo and every piece of text published on Elite Contactos. Publishing on the platform means accepting them.
Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account or appear on a profile. Any profile suspected of involving a minor is removed immediately and permanently.
Prohibited content
The platform prohibits pornographic content. The following is not allowed anywhere on the platform:
- Pornographic or sexually explicit imagery or text
- Nudity presented as explicit content
- Content involving minors in any form
- Content promoting violence, coercion or trafficking
- Drug offers and other illegal goods
Impersonation
Profiles must represent the person publishing them. Using another person's name, photos or identity is prohibited and leads to permanent removal.
Misleading information
Age, city, languages and availability must be accurate. Deliberately misleading fields, bait-and-switch practices and fake reviews are prohibited.
Stolen images
Only publish photos you own or have the right to publish. Images taken from other sites, stock libraries used as if they were you, or photos of other people are removed on report.
Illegal services
Any offer that is illegal in the jurisdiction where it is advertised is prohibited, without exception.
Harassment
Threats, hate speech, doxxing, stalking and abusive messages directed at other users or at moderators are grounds for immediate suspension.
Contact information
Contact details published on a profile must belong to the profile holder. Publishing another person's phone number, address or private data is prohibited. Do not use contact fields to advertise third-party sites.
Photo requirements
Photos are reviewed before they become publicly visible.
- Accepted formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP
- The photo must show the profile holder
- No watermarks or contact overlays from other platforms
- No explicit content — see prohibited content above
Moderation
Every uploaded photo enters a pending state and is only shown publicly once approved. Profiles can be reviewed at any time, including after publication.
Suspension and removal
Breaches lead to photo rejection, profile suspension or account removal depending on severity. Serious breaches — minors, coercion, illegal services — are removed immediately and reported where the law requires it.
Appeal and contact
If you believe a decision was wrong, contact us from the contact page with your profile URL. Appeals are reviewed by a human.
