- Can I start for free?
- Yes. You can create and publish your profile on the Free plan and start gaining visibility without a paid plan. Later, if you want more visibility or advanced tools, you can move to Premium or Elite.
- What exactly is an AI credit?
- The internal platform unit spent on AI actions and visibility placements. It is not a currency.
- How many AI credits does each plan include?
- The monthly amount shown in the comparison table, granted for each successfully paid billing cycle.
- Do unused credits carry over?
- Unused monthly credits carry into one following cycle only, up to the cap shown in the table.
- Are Photo AI units the same as credits?
- No. Photo AI units are a separate monthly plan quota and are never debited from your credit balance.
- How much does an AI action cost?
- Each action has a price decided by the server and shown before you confirm it.
- What happens when my credits run out?
- Credit-funded actions are refused. Your balance can never go negative and no action runs unpaid.
- Can I buy more credits?
- Yes, through credit packs at fixed prices per market. Packs never expire with the monthly cycle.
- Does a paid plan guarantee visits or bookings?
- No. Plans unlock features and placements. No traffic, ranking or booking result is ever guaranteed.
- How many photos can I publish?
- The limit attached to your plan, shown in the table and enforced by the photo library.
- What is the difference between Premium and Elite?
- Elite includes everything in Premium and adds the extras listed in the Elite column.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes. Plan changes are applied by the platform; self-service billing is not available yet.
- Are the displayed prices final?
- Prices come from the live plan contract and use a fixed grid per market, with no currency conversion.
- Are visibility placements paid with credits?
- Yes. Every placement is settled from your credit balance at the price published in the visibility centre.
- Can I get a refund?
- Refunds follow the published policy; a daily placement is refundable only before its day starts.
- Where does the information on this page come from?
- From the live plan contract and the platform economic configuration, never from fixed marketing text.
